SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES BY REGION

USA (contiguous)

Orders placed before 11am EST typically ship same day or next day. Orders ship via USPS, depending on rate, size and delivery window chosen.

• 3-8 Business Days: $6 flat rate on orders up to 1lb. $15 flat rate on orders above 5 lbs. 
• 2 Business Days: $12 flat rate for 2 business day shipping up to 5lbs. Order by 11am EST to receive in 2 business days (USPS Priority Mail).
• 1 Business Day - Priority Overnight: Order by 11am EST for next business day delivery by noon. Rates are calculated by carrier at checkout.

USA (Alaska & Hawaii)

We offer a range of shipping via USPS, including express and overnight options.

• 3-7 Business Days: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 days. 
• 2 Business Days: Order by 11am EST to receive in 2 business days (FedEx 2-day or USPS Priority Mail).
• 1 Business Day - Priority Overnight: Order by 11am EST for next business day delivery by noon.

Canada

We offer a range of shipping via USPS/Canada Post, including express and overnight options. Taxes/duties will be due on arrival as goods are shipped from the US, customers are responsible for paying this.

• 3-10 Business Days: Orders typically arrive within 3-10 days. Import taxes and duties due separately. May require local pickup. 
• 2 Business Days: Order by 11am EST to receive in 2 business days by USP shipping. No PO boxes.
• 1 Business Day: Order by 11am EST for next business day delivery with USPS shipping. No PO boxes.

International Orders

Note that shipping times will vary by your destination country. We do our best to give shipping delivery date ranges on our checkout page, but international orders are often subject to delays & we cannot control customs or border timelines. The USPS tracking number will show the shipment within the USA, however after crossing the border to travel outside of the U.S., that tracking number can be used with your postal service directly for further updates. Specifically, if you are shipping to any country not on the developed countries list (as well as Italy & Spain), it's likely that your shipment will take 3-6 weeks to arrive. We cannot guarantee this timeline.

NOTE: Your destination country may charge additional duties, taxes and fees that we are unable to incorporate into your shipping quote. Any such fees are your responsibility. Please note that duties, taxes, and/or any other fees originating from the destination country vary by region and change on a regular basis.
