Money Back Guarantee
We guarantee our products 100% with a 30-day money back guarantee. We stand behind our products and all products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days. Within the 30-day warranty we will refund, repair and/or replace parts or products that are defective in materials or workmanship.
Returns
Item must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time. If you need to return an item, please email us at hello@torqropes.com and we will send return instructions including return address. Refunds are given for the product cost in an order. We have the right to refuse a return. Returns cannot be started while the product is still in shipment / delivery.
- Item must be sent back with your order information (order number, item, name, address and email). This is so we can correctly identify your order with the returned item.
- Returns: All Item(s) must be unused and uncut; E.g Jump Ropes should be in original packaging showing no signs of use. Apparel should be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) - if the returns item appears to show signs of usage, the refund will be rejected.
- If an item is deemed faulty or defective and this is flagged to us within 30 days of receipt then we will replace the item.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't worry if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't received your refund yet.
- The returned parcel is the customers responsibility up until TORQ Jump Ropes has acknowledged that the package has been received.
- Any returns received without order information may result in a delay in the processing of your refund.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
